Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
Our artists begin working on your purchase immediately, therefore full refunds are not available even if it has not yet been made. Since work has already been done, $40 (the cost of the digital design) will be subtracted from the total return if you request a partial refund. You cannot get a refund of any kind once your order has been produced. Also, it's not possible to receive a refund for a digital product that was included in your transaction and was sent to you via email.
If you want us to create a new design from a different photo, we will charge $30 for each new photo, since we will start from scratch.

Damaged Products
If you receive any products with damage, we will promptly send a replacement without requiring any further inquiries. To qualify, simply provide us with photographs of the damaged components. Be aware that our refund policy is valid for 30 days following the delivery of your product. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have elapsed since your product was delivered, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange, even in cases of damage.

We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates and cannot be held accountable for items that arrive after the estimated delivery date, except to inform you of any known delays. The delivery times mentioned on our website are merely average estimates; actual delivery may vary, with some items arriving later or, conversely, much sooner than anticipated.
Additionally, please note that during the holiday season, delivery times may be extended due to increased volume and potential delays in shipping services. We advise planning your purchases accordingly to accommodate for the possibility of longer delivery times during these periods.
